Please note:

In St. Lucia mail is considered delivered when:

1. The mail notification is placed in a Private Letter Box
2. When the mail is delivered to a Sub-Post Office, Poste Restante as addressed
3. When it is delivered to a home or business where these service is available
4. when the addressee/customer is notified by telephone or email of the item for collection

While these delivery standards exist the following may cause interuptions:

1. Industrial action in St. Lucia or country of origin
2. Unavailablity of air transport or space on schedule flights
3. Act of God – storm, earthquakes or other weather conditions or probable health issues
